Penny Prasad
Director
Penny has over 30 years of experience working with manufacturing industries including Production Manager and production supervising roles at CSR Sugar and National Foods. Before founding The Ecoefficiency Group, she worked as a consultant and researcher on ecoefficiency projects across various industries including metal fabrication, poultry production, and dairy processing. Penny has extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry, and has worked managing both production and sustainability for some of Australia’s largest food production organisations.

Jane Gaffel
Director
Jane has over 25 years’ experience in Environmental Management with the past 17 years focusing on ecoefficiency for business. She has worked with a wide range of industries including manufacturing, foundries, food processing, tourism and the University sector. She has a strong experience in energy and water management and training. Her prior experience is quite wide including environmental impact assessment for infrastructure projects, hydrology and hydraulics and contaminated land.

Ellen Kemp
Principal Consultant
Ellen Kemp brings over 30 years of experience to the TEG team. She has experience in project management, design, commissioning and operations of municipal, industrial and mining wastewater treatment facilities. She has extensive experience technical analysis, site audits and reviews into site water management as well as water/wastewater treatment plants and in communicating with all levels of production, including technicians, operators, maintainers, equipment suppliers, management, external clients, stakeholders and consultants.

Nicole Price
Senior Consultant
Nicole was a founding Director of TEG and now Senior Consultant. Nicole has 30 years of experience in the field of environmental management. She has worked for the last 21 years on capacity building projects with industry to promote the uptake of ecoefficiency. She is a Climate Active Registered Consultant and a Credentialed Specialist with the Alliance for Water Stewardship.

Warren Mortlock
Senior Consultant
Warren is our newest member to the TEG team bringing over 30 years of experience in environmental solutions. He communicates environmental solutions to people simply and clearly, with the capacity to provide technical advice across a broad range of environmental issues. His recent experience is in environmental monitoring, reporting and compliance especially around greenhouse gas emissions, water quality, wastewater treatment and closed landfills. This includes major technical investigations of waterway ecology and nutrient pollution, storm tide and sea-level rise modelling, closed landfills and ‘hot’ sands. He has led development of extension programs, corporate and community greenhouse gas audits, carbon inventory, state of the environment reporting, and climate change mitigation and adaptation strategy. He has extensive experience in environmental management policy, operations, projects, and planning.
